My name is Scott Lockamy. I’m the founder and CEO of The Leverage Firm, LLC that has built a team of Public Adjusters , Attorneys, Building Consultants, Appraisers, and Insurance Umpires that help us provide insight into the psychology of Insurance claims and Construction.

​I spent several years adjusting and fighting with and against attorneys around the United States. These Insurance claims and legal cases have helped me in creating collections for claims and cases involving House’s, Buildings, Equipment, Airplanes, Boats, Livestock and Crops. So Over time, I became more fascinated with the True Price insurance companies should paid instead of the Unjust amount’s they want to pay.

​As public insurance adjusters, we are experts in the details and language of insurance policies, as well as at filing and adjusting claims. The process of evaluating, completing and submitting an insurance claim is complex and no two situations are the same. As a policyholder, you have little to lose in hiring a public adjuster.

I have contacts with research organizations, insurance providers, building materials suppliers and manufacturers in over 10 countries to deliver a truly international and local perspective.
Building Consultant
I helped establish the guidelines for clients to understand and contractors to follow with the ever-changing Insurance Industry and Building Code Updates for these emerging markets, with a special focus on shifting trade definitions into results you can see and touch.
